Contempuls offers direct access to the forefront of contemporary music. The festival is distinguished by the excellence of its performers and its rigorous artistic curation, inviting internationally acclaimed ensembles and soloists dedicated to the creation and performance of new music. Prague audiences are introduced to world premieres, unique collaborations, and works by Czech composers presented by leading performers.

At the festival, Quasar will present a program featuring works by Émilie Girard-Charest, Florence Tremblay, Eduarda Caballero, and Amy Brandon. The concert will culminate in the world premiere of a new work by Michal Wróblewski, specially commissioned by the Contempuls Festival.

The tour is supported by the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ) and the Canada Council for the Arts.
