Michel Smith has worked for over 25 years in the theatre and interdisciplinary fields. The originality of his work and his desire to recreate a new space for communication between the audience and the performing artist may be found in his electronic works (video and music) as well as in his works for the stage (opera, concerts, theatre). He is a co-founder of the Karel Ensemble (Mobile Orchestra, unpublished moving sonic sculptures).
